Thankful

Happy Monday!! Today at Lollipop Crafts, is the start of our month long challenge... WE ARE THANKFUL... create a card/project with the theme of being thankful! Since the holidays are coming around quickly, we want you to have plenty of time to participate, so this challenge will run until Dec 1st. So here's my card for today...

It's always great to have some of these handy, and this set of stamps is called Thank You Tiles from Whimsy Stamps. I wanted to make a set of these, but didn't have enough time to finish for the post, but when it's finished I'll post them to share!

Pocket Card...

Hi everyone! Have you had a chance to check out the current challenge at All That Scraps? We want you to USE DIES on your card or project! I finally got a chance to play with one of the new Sister Stamps Takeo available from the ATS store...

I decided to make a pocket card with Takeo. Colored him up in Copics and cut out with Spellbinders Labels Two. Birthday sentiment, from Studeo G, is punched out with a Recollections punch, and the red border with a EK Sucess punch. Here a look of the inside card...

It has an additional pocket that can hold a gift card or some gift money. Rounded out the corders with an old Creative Memories corner punch. Inside sentiment is from AmyR Birthday Sentiments.

Hi All! Today on Lollipop Crafts, our weekly sponsor spotlight is on...

The owner, Ashley, shares how it all started...

Inked Treasures is a new digital(digi) stamp website. Right now there are

3 main animal characters that do fun human activities:

Bella-the bear

Ellie-the elephant

Lenny-the lion

I have always loved coloring images for my cards and scrapbook pages and I wanted to create a digi stamp line that has fun stamps with larger open lines. All the Inked Treasures stamps are just begging to be colored, glittered, glossy accented, flocked and more!!

The DT were lucky to have a few of the fun digis to play with, and I chose Pirate Lenny...

Instead of a card, this time I made a treat bag for sweet goodies! I basically followed this tutorial at SCS, but changed up the size and modified it a bit. Turned out a bit bigger than I wanted, but then you can put more sweets...or for the lucky recepient, get more!! ;p
